Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept product returns apart from Manufacturing defects or Damage during transit. If there is any defect you need to communicate to us through email at parryware.safeessentials@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product. Products which you have received in a damaged condition can either be replaced or refunded.

Return Policy

Once your return request has been placed, it takes about 72 hrs. to have the product picked from your place and 4 more days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection which takes about a couple of days. Usually the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

You can also get in touch with us with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation takes one day after you have confirmed by emailing us at parryware.safeessentials@gmail.com. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. In case of Prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our return policies.
